Shipping & Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Limited items are not returnable.

Shipping

Once we have received your order it takes up to 1 or 2 business days to pack and send your order.

We pay the shipping costs from €75,-. When the amount of the order is below €75, the customer is asked to pay the shipping costs themselves.

We only ship our items within The Netherlands. We ship our items with PostNL, this will usually take 1 or 2 business days.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your package, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We recommend you return your item within 7 days, then we will receive it in 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the item must be unworn and not damaged. It must be in the original packaging with the original receipt.

PRE-ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS! CHECK YOUR SIZE PROPERLY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
