We are not liable if the NFC chip breaks in any way. We have extensively tested the NFC chips for any resistance. On the authentication page (NFC Label) is written how the NFC chip should be treated.

Personal data of customers are processed by Historical Clothing for the following purposes:

Saving for discount on our products;

Providing information about our new collections, promotions and sales by email;

We only use your telephone number to inform you about deliveries.
The basis for these personal data is: the customer card agreement.
For the aforementioned purpose(s), Historical Clothing can request you to provide the following personal data:

Personal data of Newsletter Subscribers are processed by Historical Clothing for the following purpose(s): to inform the subscriber about out newest collections and offers. The basis for these personal data is: consent for sending the newsletter;
For the aforementioned purpose(s), Historical Clothing can request you to provide the following personal data:
